The next community event that we have planned will be our 40th Annual Arts & Crafts Festival. This will be held on June 16, 2012. For vendor information please contact Tonia at the RACDC office. We are always searching for interested community members to assist with the planning of the festival.

Registration = $55.00 per space
Early Bird registration = $45.00 if received prior to March 16, 2012

Dear Crafters and Artisans,
A one day show, Saturday of Father’s Day Weekend.
The event will be planned along our beautiful downtown section of Main Street.
We try to keep our entry fee low for you. We do not jury this show but do expect that the majority of your items are handmade.

***Please feel free to pass this along to other crafters that you know. We are always looking to grow our festival with more unique booths.

• Eligibility
We are looking for booths where the items are made by individuals. We do understand that some of the items will not be, but in general we are looking for handmade crafts and art of any kind. This allows for photography as well as specialty food items.

FLEA MARKET & Trade Show BOOTHS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

• Space Assignments
Booth space is 12’ wide by 10’ deep. TENTS AND DISPLAYS LARGER THAN 12’X10’ MUST RENT 2 SPACES. Exhibitors provide their own display tables, etc. A tent or canopy is the option of the exhibitor.
• Unloading & Loading
Set up begins at 6:30am and must be completed by 9:50am. Specific directions and instructions for loading and unloading will be sent with space assignments.
